This just happened, restarting DUST fixed it, after restarting the game I got a notification: "Connection to voice chat lost, reconnecting..." as well.

It doesn't give a very good image to new players. Helped a friend try the game a few days ago. His first comments were how sticky everything felt and how he wasnt sure why his gun wasnt doing any damage.

Often when I kill something, or something that I'm shooting at dies close to me, game sound cuts out completely in a very distracting stutering manner. (kind of related maybe)
